Light and Easy Triangles (Serves: 2)
Ingredients:
  • 2 pcs Kawan Paratha
  • Herbs and Spices of your choice
  • Salsa Dips (or other choices of dips)

Methods:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
  2. Remove paratha from freezer. Discard the plastic films and leave to thaw for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. With fork, perforate the paratha surfaces.
  4. Cut paratha into triangular wedges and place them on baking tray.
  5. Sprinkle with herbs and spices and pat gently to ensure the herbs and spices adhere properly.
  6. Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with choices of dips as snacks.
